Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return period. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@velouracollection.be so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product once the return has been approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made product,
  • Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without providing justification.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period by contacting info@velouracollection.be.

Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@velouracollection.be.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective,
  • The item arrived damaged, or
  • We shipped the wrong item.

In these cases, Veloura Collection will cover the return shipping costs.
